The PCRA held an urgent meeting with the Councillor and City Officials on 18.08.2025 to address the severe flooding issues affecting Tynemouth Road residents. The meeting covered stormwater drainage capacity, road surface damage, and emergency response protocols. Residents are encouraged to report flooding incidents to both the City and the PCRA for escalation.

Key areas under review include Main Road congestion, school zone safety, and the intersection at Victoria Road. The committee has engaged directly with the City Transport Department.
